Other serious side effects needing prompt medical attention include: severe drowsiness, dizziness, fainting, or falls. These symptoms could indicate a serious medical problem and require immediate evaluation.
Sleep disturbances, like vivid dreams or sleepwalking, while not always serious, should be reported to your doctor, especially if they interfere with your daily life or safety.
